Whereas the form is a moving meditation, Chi Kung is static. It simply consists of standing still in a posture that allows the internal energy to circulate and sink to the centre of the body.
The practitioner must remain relaxed and still during Chi Kung to get the best benefit.
As evening draws near, you regret that you did not practice early in the morning.
The worldly pleasure which you enjoy now becomes suffering in the future.
Why, then, are you attached to this pleasure?
One moment of practice becomes lasting pleasure.
Why, then, do you not practice?
